The 8000™ Series is designed for operation in heavy-duty environments. These transmissions provide enhanced durability and increase the productivity of mining equipment, oilfield machinery, and cranes.
These transmissions can operate with engines rated from 850 to 1,200 hp (634–895 kW) and provide up to 3,600 lb-ft (4,881 N·m) of torque.
8000™ Series transmissions are available with six or seven forward gears depending on the model. The gear ratios are optimized to ensure high performance and maneuverability under demanding operating conditions.
